Lead the Eastern water practice of a nationally recognized civil engineering powerhouse—with over 4,000 specialists delivering award-winning water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure across the U.S.

What You’ll Own

 

 

  • Lead and expand a high-performing water engineering portfolio spanning municipal, industrial, and environmental sectors.
  • Serve as the senior technical advisor, ensuring excellence in treatment and infrastructure projects.
  • Cultivate long-term client partnerships and represent the firm at prominent industry events and conferences.
  • Identify growth opportunities, lead proposal strategy, and direct business development across the Eastern region.

 

 

What You Bring

 

 

  • Active P.E. license (any U.S. state)—preferably NY or neighboring states.
  • 15+ years of water/wastewater design, consulting, and leadership experience.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and secure new business.
  • Deep technical expertise and a passion for elevating project delivery and mentoring a team.

  • Salary: $200,000–$250,000 DOE — competitive, at the upper range for senior water practice leadership in NYC.
