Transportation Project Manager

We are seeking full-time Transportation Project Managers experienced in Highway Design to support our expanding Georgia offices.
• Lead and support the development of project proposals and participate in client presentations.
• Serve as a technical resource for project engineers and technical staff.
• Collaborate with office and practice leaders to contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
• Define project scope, manage budgets, and maintain project schedules.
• Create and implement quality plans for specific projects.
• Manage project financials and allocate resources to align with project goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in highway design and plan production.
• Project management and business development experience required.
• Georgia PE license required.
• Proficiency in MicroStation and associated design software.
• In-depth knowledge of GDOT design standards and criteria for highway projects.
• Strong skills in technical writing, communication, and teamwork to meet challenging design and project deadlines.
