Key responsibilities for this role will include (but not limited to):

•    Coordinates the preparation of transaction documents and data room, overseeing the transaction process with potential buyers and participating in deal execution.
•    Engages in M&A deals, overseeing buyer's due diligence, and collaborates with different functional teams such as interconnection, real estate, engineering, and legal in the United States, as well as with the development team in South Korea.
•    Increases the pool of potential buyers/investors and maintains strong relationships with them.
•    Leads and supports strategic initiatives and market analysis for utility-scale solar and storage, contributing to business growth.
•    Establishes and nurtures relationships with potential buyers and partners to foster business expansion.

Required and desired skillsets, experience and qualifications for this role: 

•    Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic record from a reputable undergraduate program.
•    Relevant market knowledge of Solar and/or Energy Storage in the United States.
•    3 to 5 years of experience in project development or M&A, preferably in solar or renewable energy. Candidates with development experience, who are interested in M&A or the commercial sector, are also encouraged to apply.
•    Demonstrates a strong understanding of solar/storage project development.
•    Previous experience with leading renewable energy companies is preferred.
•    Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
