Do you have:

• 2 years+ of experience in the energy industry OR recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and hitting weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
• Manage relationships with qualified candidates and market leading clients
• Strong negotiation skills and rational thinking when it comes to navigating a hiring process
• An ego-less attitude. We are a growing company and all wear the hats that need wearing, it's a mentality that makes the team successful
