Overview
An established organization is seeking a senior-level structural design professional to lead complex infrastructure projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, focusing on delivering high-quality design solutions while mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design efforts for complex infrastructure or industrial projects
- Guide project execution from concept through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Review and validate technical designs to ensure compliance with applicable standards and best practices
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and team members
- Contribute to project planning, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or related engineering discipline
- 10+ years of experience in structural design and project delivery
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and applicable industry standards
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- Advanced degree in Structural Engineering or related field
- Professional engineering licensure
- Experience across infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale development projects
