Key responsibilities for this role will include (but not limited to):

 


•    Supervise and schedule foremen and subcontractors.
•    Support estimators and engineers by assisting with quantities and production-related tasks.
•    Foster positive relationships with clients, owners, consultants, and the public.
•    Provide guidance, supervision, and training to foremen and field employees at project sites.
•    Set performance and production goals for project teams.
•    Collaborate with management, engineers, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction issues and enhance construction methods.
•    Manage all construction activities of the project, ensuring compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and relevant safety and environmental regulations.
•    Execute construction activities in line with the established schedule and budget.
•    Continuously review project performance and recommend corrective actions to the project manager as necessary.
•    Implement company policies and procedures.
•    Scheduling multiple shifts during the week and weekends
•    Extensive project planning, coordination, and scheduling of subcontractors
•    Oversee daily field operations, coordinate purchases
•    Ability to give direction to employees in all areas of the project assigned.
•    Ability to make high-level risk decisions in a timely and professional matter. 
•    Assist with on-the-job training.

 


Required and desired skillsets, experience and qualifications for this role: 

 


•    Minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication abilities.
•    Proficiency in understanding contracts, specifications, and reports.
•    Independent thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
•    OSHA Competent Person certification.
•    Excellent driving record.
•    Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
