SCADA Engineering Manager

Texas, United States (Hybrid)

Salary:

$150,000 - $200,000 (DoE)

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of their SCADA infrastructure
• Evaluate, modify and enhance their existing architecture
• Created optimization standards for processes and documentation across sites
• Lead a team as the department expands
• Act as the go-to expert for all things SCADA/OT for the business

WHAT DO THEY WANT?

• 10 years+ experience with SCADA systems
• 5 years+ experience with utilty-scale Solar/BESS
• Technical SME (could still be hands-on with configuration, testing, and commissioning if needed)
• Proven leader (ideally possesses a track record of managing both 3rd parties and a team of engineers)
