• Efficiently market advanced battery systems and services to original equipment manufacturers.
• Devise a successful sales approach tailored to the North American market.
• Identify and cultivate new customer accounts through organic means.
• Cultivate and manage a diverse customer portfolio.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive cross-functional plans for customer accounts.
• Forge strong relationships with customers and advocate for their needs.
• Promote and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts for revenue, profit margins, and product volumes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Oversee commercial offers, terms and conditions, and negotiations throughout the contract lifecycle, aligning with budget goals and company procedures.
• Track and support project development and after-sales activities for assigned customers, including negotiating design change requests and addressing warranty issues when necessary.
• Monitor industry, market, and technology trends.
• Collaborate with the Group's business development team to shape strategy, product plans, and global account management.
• Coordinate with the Group's communications team for trade shows, seminars, marketing materials, etc.
• Work closely with strategic partner companies of Forsee Power.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining sales and marketing processes and procedures.
• Possesses a business degree combined with substantial technical expertise, or an engineering degree complemented by an MBA.
• More than 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong preference for technical knowledge and hands-on experience in battery systems for electric mobility.
• Familiarity and experience with the target market.
• Demonstrates strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate strategy into actionable steps.
• Efficiently operates in a matrix organization structure.
• Possesses a strong understanding of business operations and financial matters.
• Significant experience in sales of electric vehicle (EV) battery systems.
• Possesses engineering expertise to grasp complex conversations surrounding batteries.
• Demonstrates proficiency in business development and venturing into new markets.
• Skilled in establishing partnerships.
• Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
