• Own the ultimate "product" that the client receives, including the price, the committed service levels, the contracting framework, etc.
• Work together with other the company’s experts to integrate a variety of offering components into the final offer, such as the best tariff management and selection, electricity sourcing including self-generation options, environmental attributes such as LCFS, incentives, etc., wholesale market products, and so on.
• Possess the product and offering strategy for all the company’s Mobility market segments, including Depot, Hub, and Workplace Charging.
• Work closely with the company’s Mobility's Commercial, Solutions, and Infrastructure teams to comprehend changing market demands and combine lessons learned from interactions with customers.
• Lead conversations with clients and partners to understand needs, spot opportunities to grow our offerings, and accelerate the market adoption of our solutions.
• Create integrated solutions for solar energy, EV charging, battery energy storage, buying renewable energy, and involvement in wholesale markets.
• Collaborating with the company’s IT and outside software developers to expand the scope and use of our operating platform.
• Interacting with regulatory agencies, trade associations, and ecosystem partners to align interests and priorities and actively taking part in industry standards initiatives.
• BS or MS in engineering.
• Experience managing and designing commercial products for more than 7 years is necessary, as is knowledge of energy, zero-emission vehicles, and automotive fueling.
• More than 5 years of leadership expertise in developing and creating networked electrical products, and effectively putting them on the market.
• Demonstrated experience in defining, designing, and implementing integrated energy systems.
• Experience in EV Charging, but Solar and/or Storage is a plus.
• Track record of success in adjusting commercial offerings to the requirements of various market segments, including technical, commercial, and contract design.
• knowledge of marketing and selling networked electrical items through educating internal and external resources
• understanding of electrical system and equipment standards
• Knowledge of the PV and BESS industries is advantageous, while knowledge of the EVSE and EV industries is highly preferred.
• Knowing contract structures and ideal business results is a plus.
• Excellent communicator with the capacity to explain technical concepts to stakeholders who are not technically savvy.
• Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
