Our client, a growing engineering consultancy specializing in land development projects, is seeking an experienced leader to manage and deliver high-quality projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills in civil engineering and a history of successfully guiding teams through complex development projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):

•    Leading and mentoring junior engineering staff.
•    Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
•    Collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
•    Ensuring all projects comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
•    Overseeing land development projects from inception to completion, maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.

Required and desired skillsets, experience, and qualifications for this role:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
•    Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio, or ability to obtain one.
•    A minimum of 5 years of experience in land development project management or design.
•    Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in various industries, including energy and utilities.
•    Proficiency with office productivity and project management software.
•    Experience with design tools like AutoCAD is beneficial.
•    Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
