We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist (Up to 10 years of experience) to lead our entry into this exciting high growth market and in Talisman's HQ in LA (This position is also open in NYC and Mexico City offices)

What we're looking for:

• 3-10 years experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Familiar with the Renewables and Sustainability market
• Recruitment agency experience is great to have
• Demonstrated experience in business development and hitting weekly/monthly/quarterly targets
• Strong negotiation skills and rational thinking when it comes to navigating a hiring process
