As a Financial Systems Senior Analyst, you'll collaborate with the Finance and Accounting team and Digital Center of Excellence to prioritize and improve financial systems. Key responsibilities for this role will include (but not limited to):

•    Maintain and improve financial systems, including Intacct, Planful, Salesforce, Oracle FCCS, and others, and participate in the adoption of new ERP and related tools.
•    Build reports and dashboards within financial systems and recommend improvements to existing reports and analytics using available resources and best practices.
•    Ensure accurate production of all required reporting outputs within the Finance and Accounting department.
•    Contribute to the library of standard operating procedures through documentation to ensure consistent and correct processes.
•    Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's financial systems and integrations, applying skills in innovative ways to solve business needs through technology and troubleshooting system issues with internal and external resources.
•    Act as the main point of contact between the financial team and the Digital Center of Excellence IT team, capturing requirements and ensuring technology solutions meet expectations.
•    Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement product roadmaps, track key metrics, and celebrate successes.
•    Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure alignment and progress toward goals.
•    Attend Kaizen events and story mapping sessions to identify areas for process improvement.
•    Assist in evaluating system architecture and design, manage projects to ensure adequate testing before launching changes into the live environment, and analyze operational and financial systems limitations to architect effective solutions.

Required and desired skillsets, experience and qualifications for this role: 

•    BS degree in a relevant field such as IT, software engineering, data science, accounting, or finance.
•    A deep understanding of financial operations and systems.
•    Strong experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing financial systems.
•    Proficiency in project management.
•    Familiarity with accounting and finance concepts at a beginner to intermediate level.
•    Possession of a CISA certification is desirable.
•    Knowledge of software such as Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Oracle FCCS, and Planful is a plus, as is familiarity with an ERP system and its adoption and change management following implementation.
•    A passion for FinOps and a desire to join a top-notch team are highly encouraged.
•    Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
