Our client is a well-established consulting firm that provides specialized services in engineering, environmental planning, and project management. This role offers the opportunity to lead environmental compliance initiatives, ensuring that projects meet all regulatory requirements, while also developing and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong understanding of environmental regulations and a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams in complex projects.

Key responsibilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):

•    Manage environmental assessments and ensure projects meet regulatory standards.
•    Lead cross-functional teams to complete environmental documentation.
•    Maintain client relationships and support business development.
•    Oversee team operations, staffing, and project deadlines.
•    Ensure safety and quality standards across all projects.

Required and desired skillsets, experience, and qualifications for this role: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field (Master’s preferred).
•    15+ years of experience in environmental project management and regulatory compliance.
•    Strong background in managing infrastructure projects and regulatory processes.
•    Excellent communication skills and experience leading teams.
•    Familiarity with environmental regulations in the western U.S. is preferred.
•    Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create Excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
