Now, they're in search of a driven individual to take on the role of a Due Diligence Analyst. As part of their Construction and Energy Optimization team, you'll be the bridge connecting origination, construction, and energy optimization. Your tasks will encompass audits, document compilation, memo creation, and updating vital project profiles and vendor databases.

Key responsibilities for this role will include (but not limited to):

•    Receive, arrange, and distribute project documents efficiently.
•    Review and upkeep the filing system for portfolio/project files and the due diligence board.
•    Collaborate with third-party inspectors, as necessary, for conducting on-site inspections.
•    Prepare project profile memos in collaboration with project managers and the origination team, facilitating the transition to the energy optimization team.
•    Support Energy Optimization Managers in the onboarding process for new acquisitions.
•    Maintain the vendor database and conduct research to identify potential contractors/suppliers.

Required and desired skillsets, experience and qualifications for this role: 

•    Undergraduate degree
•    Exceptional focus on details
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•    Proficiency in both independent and collaborative work
•    Aptitude for handling multiple intricate projects and effectively prioritize in a dynamic setting
•    Prior experience in solar energy is desirable, but not essential.
•    Ability to utilize Excel spreadsheets, create excel trackers, and be able to use Word and Powerpoint for reporting/presentations via teams or in person.
