We are seeking an experienced Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) with over 8 years of professional experience in the consulting industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in industrial hygiene consulting. As a CIH Consultant, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, conducting assessments, and providing expert guidance to clients to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive industrial hygiene assessments, including exposure monitoring, risk assessments, and control evaluations.
• Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs and strategies for clients across various industries.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative exposure assessments for chemical, physical, biological, and ergonomic hazards.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on assessment findings.
• Provide expert guidance and technical support to clients regarding regulatory compliance, hazard control, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on industrial hygiene topics and practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and emerging trends in industrial hygiene.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) credential is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial hygiene, with a significant portion in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, practices, and regulations (e.g., OSHA, NIOSH, ACGIH).
• Proven experience in conducting exposure assessments and developing control strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using industrial hygiene equipment and software.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, construction, and chemical.
• Advanced certifications or training in related fields (e.g., CSP, ASP).
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops.
